Early Wounds, Collapse, and a Call to Rise

I grew up in a home filled with food, laughter, and music — joy braided with volatility and silence. I was the one who noticed, felt deeply, and named what others wanted hidden. For that, I was often dismissed and silenced. I learned early that love could wound, and that my voice was dangerous.

As a young adult, I repeated the pattern — shrinking to fit, carrying burdens never mine to hold. My body eventually broke under the weight, collapsing into years of illness and financial instability. And still, my soul kept calling me to rise.

But rising meant facing hard truths: yes my power had been stripped from me in youth, but I had also learned to give it away. THis ws mine to own and to shift. Rising meant daring to say “no” to harm and “yes” to thriving — each trembling, self-honoring choice a step back into dignity, freedom, and belonging.

Pathways of Healing

After a disabling accident, I discovered somatic bodywork, healing circles, and intuitive art. The weaving of creativity, embodiment, and witnessing was so powerfule it sparked a passion to understand transformation.

As I explored vasiour healing modalities, I discovered Parts Work and began weaving it with archetypes I had been working with. From this synthesis, the Inner RealmTM was born — a way of honoring the parts that long for healing, protection, and sovereignty.

I nurtured my Little One after years of abandonment.
I crowned the Queen I had let others dethrone.
I called on the Beast when I needed fierce protection.

These were not abstractions but lifelines — giving me voice, choice, and a framework I could share with others. In time, I came to see my healing was never just about me, but about all of us silenced by systems that survive on our silence. That recognition led me deeper into anti-oppression studies and Trauma Recovery Coaching certification. Most recently, I have been training as a Body Dreaming Facilitator — weaving creativity, archetypes, somatics, and systemic awareness into the work I now guide.

The Medicine I Carry

I am trained to ensure your healing process is safe, respectful, and deeply attuned.
I have learned how to hold spaces where every voice matters,
how to offer tools that empower without retraumatizing,
and how to honor the cultures in the room.

I also bring wisdom forged in lived experience — skills I now pass on to you:
how to steady yourself in the face of overwhelm,
how to find the courage to leave silencing spaces,
and how to reclaim your body and voice
— so you can live with sovereignty, compassion for yourself, and a life that feels truly yours.

I am a transformer of complex trauma,
a maker of altars from ashes.
And it is from that place that I walk with you —
not from the mountaintop,
but from the path still warm beneath my feet.

The Invitation

This work is for those who feel their pain is too layered, their story too much, their healing too complicated. It’s not. And neither are you. Because pain can be transformed into power — and I can show you how.

You don’t have to walk alone anymore. If you’ve been waiting for someone who gets it… You just found her.

Take my hand — the path is already opening beneath your feet.
The table is set.
Come home, beloved.
